I used to work with software
companies like Great Plains, but became really hooked when marketing automation came along.
The team here says I'm good at assessing clients’ needs and limitations, and designing campaigns that take both into account. As a result, they say my
campaigns deliver what clients really want. As head of the Campaign Team, it's nice to know that.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist too; I don't like anomalies and things that don't work smoothly. My job is to make sure all our outbound campaigns are tight,
targeted and correct.
I have an over-riding principle in my work: to find simple ways around complex campaign problems. By doing this, I feel I can reduce the time to execute
client campaigns and boost their ROI. They seem to like that.
