Background

This Australian company had developed innovative software to enable remote,  authorized access to any corporate file from any web-enabled device. Integrated with all major operating systems and applications, the software had won more industry awards than any other. The company had:

Several high profile Australian customers
International recognition for excellence
Limited profile and distribution in Australia
No dedicated sales or marketing resource.

In a previous project, we had quickly updated their website content in preparation for a particular international meeting. The company now sought a complete revamp of the website.

Challenge

To create a new image for the company;  to revamp the website, incorporating the new image, content plus new look and feel.

Solution

We:

Re-visited our recommendations for improved functionality, case studies,
demonstrations, testimonials and focus on awards
Interviewed customers and wrote up all case studies
Recommended a completely new look including layout and imaging
Proposed several alternative taglines to encapsulate the offering
Updated our previous content to reflect the new image
Recommended changes to demonstration and downloads
Collated and wrote up all testimonials.

Result

In 4 weeks the company had gained:

New positioning and tagline
All case studies in website and PDF format
New content for 52 web pages
A completely new corporate look
Website content and format that was functional, credible, and persuasive.
